Senecio cineraria

Senecio cineraria (syn. Senecio cineraria) is one of approximately 20,000 species of plants in the Asteraceae (or daisy) family. Senecio cineraria grows 6 to 12" tall and is hardy from zones 8a to 10b.

It is commonly called "Dusty Miller," along with several other related plants (see also Centaurea cineraria and Lychnis coronaria).
