Senayan City

Senayan City (also often known as Sen C) is a mixed-use building located in Senayan, South Jakarta, Indonesia. The complex comprises of a seven-floor shopping mall, multi-purpose complex office building, an apartment and a five-star boutique hotel. Senayan City is built on a land area of 48,000 m² owned by Bung Karno Stadium Authority. It is built and managed by Manggala Gelora Perkasa, a subsidiary of Agung Podomoro Group, under BOT contract for 50 years, starting in 2005[1].

The shopping mall, opened in June 23, 2006, is anchored by Debenhams department store and Best Denki electronic store, the largest outlet outside Japan [2]. The hotel, which is operated by Sofitel Hotel, will begin its operation in 2007[3]. Private television station SCTV, will occupy most of the office space [4].
