Semiahmoo Shopping Centre, named after nearby Semiahmoo Bay, is a shopping mall in Surrey, British Columbia, resting directly against the border with White Rock. Officially, the main part of the mall is on the Surrey side but part of the mall is in White Rock. In addition, the mall is usually considered part of White Rock's downtown.

By the number of stores, it is the largest mall in the South Surrey/White Rock area, with 77 stores and services. Its anchor stores are Zellers, PriceSmart Foods, Tim Hortons and White Spot.

Public transit, serviced by TransLink, uses the Semiahoo Shopping Centre area as its hub for South Surrey/White Rock routes; they designate the exchange hub as White Rock Centre. White Rock Centre has connections for express routes to downtown Vancouver (including a peak hour route), two routes to central Surrey (both of which connect with the SkyTrain system) and several community shuttles to other areas of South Surrey and White Rock.
