Selucia

Selucia is a fictional character in the Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan. She is a high ranking Seanchan and is so'jhin to Tuon. Selucia is described as being beautiful with blue eyes, gold hair and creamy skin. Standing at average height the left side of her scalp is shaved and she appears to be in her mid-forties.
Selucia spends the first twenty-five years of her life training to be nursemaid and bodyguard to the Seanchan royalty and is offered as a cradle gift to Tuon when she is born. Upon Tuon's sixteenth birthday she gives Selucia a choice of service and is greatly pleased when she chooses to be her chief maid. She accompanies Tuon when she travels to Ebou Dar from Tanchico and is present almost everywhere the Daughter of the Nine Moons goes. When Mat has Tuon prisoner and is about to leave the Tarasin Palace, Selucia manages to arrive and be taken by him as well as long as he doesn't hurt Tuon. She acts like the mother hen to Tuon when Mat "comes a-calling" and is even surprised by him on occasion.
