[edit] Synopsis
Dawson begins filming Mr. Brooks, the subject of his new film. After a couple sessions of filming, Dawson learns that Mr. Brooks is sick, but both want to continue filming. Dawson also expresses his feelings to Gretchen.
Bessie leaves for a few days and Joey plans to spend a quiet time babysitting Alexander and studying. Plans go awry when guests come to the Bed & Breakfast. Not having studied enough, Joey does poorly on a test at school. Pacey offers to help.
Jen takes Jack to a Gay-Straight Alliance meeting where they meet Tobey, the leader of the group. Jack is put off by the fact that Tobey is out and ok with his sexuality while he is still dealing with being gay. Jen enjoys the banter between Jack and Tobey and volunteers them for Tobey's upcoming bowling night.
