It is requested that a photograph or photographs be included in this article to improve its quality.

Seismic retrofit needs a civil or mechanical engineer to give it a once- or twice-over. I've already done some copyediting and rephrasing. - jredmond 03:03, 18 Sep 2004 (UTC).
