Seira (星羅) is a secondary main character of the popular Japanese anime/manga series Mermaid Melody Pichi Pichi Pitch Pure (2nd season). She is future Mermaid Princess of the Indian Ocean and keeper of the orange pearl. She is the youngest Mermaid Princess of the group. For most of the series she is a spirit, and talks to Lucia over dreams. She also talks to Michel/Miguel during dreams. She is a spirit because Michel/Miguel took her "heart" and lives off it. Every time he, or his servants are defeated, a portion of the "heart" goes into the orange pearl, reviving Seira little by little. She finds out about the other mermaids throughout the series. Her idol form is also known as Orange Pearl Voice.

She became friends with Lucia and her group throughout the series. She best knows Lucia (also known as Pink Pearl Voice), being her best friend. Since Sara (previous Orange Pearl Voice) put Lucia in charge of the orange pearl while Seira was a spirit. She has two image songs (both in Pure): Beautiful Wish and Birth of Love. She also seems to know a lot about Michel/Miguel and Michal. Seira was born Sunday, December 26, 2004.
