Seiling is a city in Dewey County, Oklahoma, United States. The population was 875 at the 2000 census.

Seiling is located at 36°8′55″N, 98°55′30″W (36.148579, -98.925123)GR1.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.1 km² (0.8 mi²), all land.

As of the censusGR2 of 2000, there were 875 people, 362 households, and 228 families residing in the city. The population density was 422.3/km² (1,090.6/mi²). There were 431 housing units at an average density of 208.0/km² (537.2/mi²). The racial makeup of the city was 82.74% White, 0.23% African American, 13.94% Native American, 0.11% Asian, and 2.97% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.97% of the population.

There were 362 households out of which 26.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 51.4% were married couples living together, 7.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 37.0% were non-families. 35.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 16.9% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.35 and the average family size was 3.07.

In the city the population was spread out with 26.7% under the age of 18, 9.5% from 18 to 24, 21.5% from 25 to 44, 23.3% from 45 to 64, and 19.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 40 years. For every 100 females there were 92.7 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 85.8 males.

The median income for a household in the city was $24,087, and the median income for a family was $28,333. Males had a median income of $27,917 versus $19,063 for females. The per capita income for the city was $13,561. Below the poverty line were 20.2% of people, 17.5% of families, 21.6% of those under 18 and 15.5% of those over 64.
