Seijuro Masuda (b. 1936) is a Japanese aikido teacher holding the rank of 8th dan in the Aikikai.

Masuda was born in Tokyo and started practicing under Morihei Ueshiba in 1962. He is is now a regular instructor at the Aikikai Hombu Dojo with the title of Shihan.
