Brand New's Second Demo was never released to the public (but made it onto the internet nevertheless). This is believed to have secured the record deal with Triple Crown Records. "Secondary (For the Worse)" from the First Four-Track Demo is shortened to "Secondary" and "Jude Law and a Semester Abroad" is replaced with "Last Chance to Lose Your Car Keys" and "Magazines". All the tracks from both demos appeared on 2001's Your Favorite Weapon.

All songs are written by Brandon Reilly and Brand New
