The coverup explanation of Second Impact as seen in Neon Genesis Evangelion. The detail of the text is remarkable, considering that it is only on screen for about half a second.

Screen capture taken by myself from the DVDs, the ADV Films release in which some of the onscreen text was translated to English in the earlier episodes.
