Sorry I didn't respond sooner. In regard to the Ramones, it is proper to write it like I just did rather than to refer to them as The Ramones. My basis for saying this is simply the album/cd artwork itself. The first album is titled "Ramones". Other albums are "Ramones Leave Home" and the compilation "Ramones Mania". If you look on the spine of the albums or jewel cases for the cds of the other albums you will see it says something like "Ramones - Subterranean Jungle" or something like that.
