I added a history section to the public access entry and put Bill Olson's history into my own words. I tried your suggestion but your were right that the copyright still got some wiki people to say I couldn't do it that way, but they suggested I put it in my own words. I adjusted the text to make it flow more smoothly. I added a link to a WI public access channels and I added trivia about the book, How to Talk Back to Your Television Set. Concerning your choice to remove one's NH channel 23 information from the body of a section, I agree. I'd thought about making the suggestion myself. His information is already down in the links.
