From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Wikipedian since late 2003, I was an admin from June 2005 until December 2006 when I was 'desysopped'. The ArbCom decided, in their wisdom, that I was 'anti-American' because of this edit.
In real life, I'm a Physicist working on my PhD in Royal Holloway, University of London, in Egham, Surrey, UK. My subject is Machine Vision and the Reverse Engineering of the Human Visual System.
I'm from Limerick City, in Ireland and I did my undergraduate BSc Degree at the University of Limerick.

A captive Mexican Wolf (Canis lupus baileyi) at the Sevilleta National Wildlife Refuge, New Mexico, USA. This critically endangered subspecies of the Gray Wolf once ranged from central Mexico to the Southwestern United States. In 1980, the last five known surviving members were captured to save the species. Now, over 300 wolves are taking part in a wolf reintroduction program, with at least fifty individuals in the wild. I spend my working day programming video processing classes in C#.net and edit wikipedia articles while waiting for my software to compile and run. I'm the 832nd most active Wikipedian (or there abouts), and yet scored only 50 on the "Are you a Wikipediholic" test! What are real Wikiholics doing?

Barnstar of The Dissident Revolution | |
For never bowing to defeat, always doing what's right despite criticism, - defying the trolls and statists, and surviving the pogrom - I award you this barnstar. -- F.A.A.F.A. 08:34, 20 December 2006 (UTC) |
