Seavus Group was founded in by 1999 as a joint venture between Startnet Business Solution AB and SD Intersoft Ltd.

It is a provider of information technology solutions, custom software engineering, project outsourcing and software products. Seavus' headquarters are located in Malmoe,Sweden and it has offices in Denmark, the United States and Balkans. The company currently has around 170 staff.
