High Street runs at a right angle to the sea front. On the seafront lies the 'The Old Fort' pub, a popular drinking spot amongst residents and the summer visitors.

The well-known Priory Bay is approximately a five minute walk from the village. This stretch of beach can only be reached at low tide. It is filled with white sand and enjoys beautiful swimming conditions. In addition, Seagrove Bay is quite popular, with some of the largest houses in the area.

[edit] Boating

The village is home to the Sea View Yacht Club, founded in 1895. The club is to one side of Seaview and on the front. In summer, the club hosts the Seaview Regatta, where locals and tourists can take part in may traditional activities such the greasy pole where people line up and see how far they can slide along a pole covered in grease. Once they have slipped off the pole, they drop into the sea below.
