Sean Wolfington is an entrepreneur and American film producer.

Sean Wolfington is most noted for founding two technology and Internet marketing companies:

  • Cyber Car and Automark which were both under the the holding group named HAC Group. HAC Group was later acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds in April of 2000 and valued at US$200 million.[1]
  • BZ Results was sold to Automatic Data Processing (ADP) in 2006.[2] At the time, BZ Results was valued at $125 million.
  • Co-owns Metanoia Films, in conjunction with Eustace Wolfington, Director Alejandro Gomez Monteverde, former Fox Business Affairs executive Leo Severino, and Latin actor Eduardo Verastegui.[3] Metanoia Films owns half of the film Bella, and the other half is owned by a media investment company called the One Media group, which Wolfington owns.

  • In 2006, Sean Wolfington was one of the top four finalists in the Ernst & Young annual “Entrepreneur of the Year".
  • Also in 2006, BZ Results was recognized as the winner of the “Innovative Company of the Year” along with SAP.[4][5]

  • Bella's filmmakers received honors from the Smithsonian and the Whitehouse. The Smithsonian Latino Center honored Bella with their "Legacy Award" at a private screening in Miami hosted by Florida Governor Jeb Bush and his wife Columba Bush, a native Mexican.[8] The director of the Department of Citizenship gave the director of Bella, Alejandro Monteverde, the "American by Choice" award for Bella's posotive contribution to Latino art and culture in the U.S.[9] The president and first lady saw the film and invited Bella's director to sit with Laura Bush in her private box during the annual "State of the Union" speech in 2007.[10][10]


  • Self-Medicated, produced by Wolfington in 2005, received 17 awards.[11]
