[edit] History
Sean first appeared in Walford on 22 August 2006. He began surveillance on the newly arrived Al, breaking into his flat, and later following him into the Queen Victoria pub where he saw his sister Stacey, who he had lost contact with since their father, Brian died.
After moving in with his sister, he got a job at Scarlet nightclub. He kissed Tanya Branning but decided to ask Ruby Allen out after he found out she was rich. He also stole Liz Turner's purse when she put it down on a bench.
When he and Ruby became a couple, his employer Jake Moon was wary of Sean slacking off work, and walked in on Sean with the brewery agent, Karin Jones. Sean implied from his actions that he and Karin had just had sex. Jake and Sean continued to wind each other up, despite "making up" for Ruby. After Ruby revealed to Sean that Jake killed his brother Danny, Sean has used this to attempt to drive Jake out of Walford, as it would be easier to control Ruby without Jake around.
Once Johnny had died, Sean stole Jane Collins' engagement ring and used it to propose to Ruby with but he later returned it and bought Ruby a new one. Sean slept with Preeti Choraria and almost kissed Tanya Branning whilst Ruby was in Venice. Stacey knew Sean was after her money and warned him to back off. She later told Ruby what he did but she forgave him. Ruby wanted to move to her Essex home with Sean who agreed to this. Unfortunately she told his mum, Jean that he was back. When he visited his mum he was hostile to her and told her that he left because of her. This led to an emotional breakdown for Sean. He returned home and was prepared to leave with Ruby but instead threw Johnny's ashes at her and told her he was sick of her whining and wanted nothing to do with her. Ruby left Walford in the back of a taxicab. Sean, Stacey and Bradley were forced to leave the house when Ruby put it up for sale. Along with Stacey he moved back in with Charlie.
Sean kept on flirting with Tanya and was grinning when he saw her in a skimpy Santa's outfit singing songs in The Queen Vic. Sean was angry when Charlie decided to invite Jean to a family dinner on Christmas Day. He instead decided to leave for Egypt as a way to avoid spending Christmas with his mother. On the day he went, he tried to get a kiss from Tanya since they were standing under mistletoe, but failed to. Stacey found out that he had gone after he left a letter for her.
Sean kept winding Max up about Tanya. Sean later heard Max talking dirty to someone on the phone and accused Max of having an affair. Max denied it, but Sean didn't believe him. At Ian Beale's dinner party Sean told Max that he was a liar and a cheat, and that he would be waiting for Tanya when she found out about his affair.
More recently Sean has been conducting a relationship with Chelsea Fox.
