Sean McKinsley

Sean McKinsley (born 1972 in Calgary, Alberta) served from 1996 to 2001 as the Executive Assistant to several Members of the Parliament of Canada. He has also worked as a senior political strategist on national leadership, provincial, and municipal campaigns. Prior to this, he was the Executive Director of the Alberta Taxpayers Association. McKinsley has a BA in Political Science from the University of Calgary. He is a co-founder, owner, and member of the board of directors of the Western Standard. In 2006, McKinsley co-founded the Grand Lion Group of Companies[1]. McKinsley is President and Managing Director of Grand Lion Investment Corporation, Grand Lion Building Corporation and Grand Lion Limited Partnership. McKinsley is married to the effervescent Adrienne McKinsley (née Curtis) of Regina, Saskatchewan. Prior to their September 2006 nuptials, Adrienne distinguished herself as a top heptathlete in the junior Pan American games for Canada.
