Sealand, Flintshire

Sealand, Flintshire, is a community and a town to the west of Chester, England, in Wales on the border. It has a population of around 2,640 people. The area is home to a large industrial estate, a large out-of-town retail park, Deva Stadium and the main tip for Chester, on Bumpers Lane.
The area runs close to Blacon, with roads that lead to Connah's Quay and Hawarden.
The area is also home to the main sewage works for Chester, leading to the term 'The Sealand Stink'.
