Seagram Stable

Seagram Stable was a Canadian thoroughbred horse racing stable formed in 1919 by the children of Joseph E. Seagram following his death. In total, during his lifetime Joseph Seagram won the prestigious Queen's Plate fifteen times plus under the Seagram Stable banner his heirs won it another five times.

As part of a program honoring important horse racing tracks and racing stables, the Pennsylvania Railroad named its baggage car #5860 the "Seagram Stable".
