Seïdou Mama Sika

Seïdou Mama Sika (1949 in Nikki, Benin) is the Minister of the Interior of Benin since February 9, 2005.[1] He attended the Lycée Technique in Coulibaly.[citation needed] He became an air brigade general in 1999.[citation needed]
