"Scum punk" is a subgenre, but this article is very poorly written and is in major need of a tune-up.

I don't think this is an actual musical genre so much as a life asthetic. Also, I would dispute some of the bands listed as scum punk, on the grounds that I doubt many of these bands would be amoral enough to engage in scum punk activities such as child rape or incest.

--- You forgot to add Nig Heist and the Thrown up's definatley major scum punk bands nig heist had members from black flag and a shitload of bands and The thrownups had members of mr.epp ,green river,mudhoney i fuck pigs

Delete -- this is not an actual genre. Several of the bands have some in common but others do not.

As far as I remember, even GG Allin hasn't committed or encouraged incest. Not that he wasn't capable.

I agree -- I would assume that they were listed here because of their association with Antiseen (they played a lot of shows together) as well as being "Confederacy of Scum" members.
