Scunny Bunny

The Scunny Bunny is a large rabbit, and is the official team mascot of Scunthorpe United F.C.. He wears a team kit with 'Scunny Bunny' and the number '99' printed on the back of the shirt. He often takes part in a friendly penalty shoot-out with the opposing team's mascot at half time, though usually loses due to his oversized novelty boots. The Scunny Bunny was featured in the TV show Mike Bassett: Manager, where the title character attacks the bunny after having been beaten by Scunthorpe United.

Scunthorpe's secondary mascot as of 2005 is the Scunny Hunny Bunny, although she is not seen at Glanford Park as often as her counterpart.
