Scuba Scuba Doo is a Courage the Cowardly Dog season 3 episode mostly set underwater, also featuring the final appearance of Eustace's Ma.

On holiday on a tropical island, Courage and Muriel come across a tiny underwater city made of coral. They befriend the citizens, but Eustace has informed his mother, who knows that their coral makes fine wigs. She goes to destroy the city and take the coral for her factory. Courage defends them and he and Ma have a submarine dogfight. Courage beats Ma, and her wig yet again proves to be her undoing when it falls off underwater. She surfaces but is washed away by a tidal wave. Courage has saved the city and they say he will always be remembered as a hero.

This is mostly likely Ma's death. She is washed away by a tidal wave and has not reappeared. She is never mentioned again either. However, Di Lung was also washed away, and has returned, although he had a way to escape with his surfboard.
