Do some Scream pubs have a "students only" policy? A couple of years ago I was turned away from a pub in Manchester because I couldn't produce a NUS card, but I can't recall whether it was a Scream pub or not. I thought at the time it was strange that I could drink in the students' union bar if I wanted to (using my Alumni union card), but couldn't drink in an independently owned pub!
