Scraper is also the name of a Census Designated Place in Oklahoma.

Scraper is a small rural community in Cherokee County, Oklahoma. The community was named for Captain Archibald Scraper (Scraper Sixkiller) of the 2nd Regiment, Indian Home Guard.
