Scouting Wiki Project Scouting in West Yorkshire is part of the Scouting WikiProject, an effort to build a comprehensive and detailed guide to Scouting and Guiding on the Wikipedia. This includes but is not limited to boy and girl organizations, WAGGGS and WOSM organizations as well as those not so affiliated, country and region-specific topics, and anything else related to Scouting. While West Yorkshire is still listed on the template at the bottom of the page, you will notice that Scotland, Wales and Northern Island have had all Scout Counties added to the template. It remains for this to be done for England. This is currently the only article on Scouting in a particular area and it may need to be modified as a pattern emerges as how best to do these articles. My own opinion is that the County is too small and using Counties would lead to far too many articles, but this is up to UK resident editors. Is West Yorkshire actually a Scout County? --Bduke 21:48, 9 February 2006 (UTC)

Yes West Yorkshire is a Scout County
