I just realised that Bristol is in the Avon Scout County and so have edited the merge tags accordingly... Please discuss the merger in Talk:Scouting in Avon Horus Kol 09:12, 23 February 2007 (UTC)

Whilst Bristol Gang Show is run by Avon County Scout Council, the Bristol Gang Show is an event in its own right, and should retain its own presence on Wikipedia. ~ Philip Bird, Avon Scouts

If that logic were used for all events, groups and other bits of information, we would see a large number of short articles that are better off being included as sections in other articles... Believe it or not, I am trying to save the information in this article, because as it stands, it will not survive an AfD... Horus Kol 18:19, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
