[edit] Deletion?

I am not Scott Kolins. I *am* Steven Kolins, and yes I am his brother. If you want supportive evidence consider my own homepage at homepage.mac.com/smkolins/index.html and about 300 pictures about my adopted child at homepage.mac.com/smkolins/Adoption/adoption.html A friend of mine who has done some edits elsewhere who knows of Scott mentioned there was no page for him. I did a search here for him and while he is credited with dozens of pieces of art displayed he was not credited even through many of the mentions were exactly in the style for him to have an article but red because there wasn't one. I don't know enough about his career to write a good work up but some basic research would allow others to expand. A google search will reveal many many pages. He's had many interviews for example[1][2][3]just in the last few years. He's credited as someone who has been studied under.[4]

However I see I've made a mistake - could someone change this article from Scott kolins to Scott Kolins?--Smkolins 22:32, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

thanks Brim. Now the "what links here" page shows dozen or more links...--Smkolins 22:49, 7 October 2006 (UTC)
Okay, I removed the CSD tag. I checked out Scott Kolins, and there are numerous interwiki links to him and a good deal of relevant Google hits. --Nishkid64 23:18, 7 October 2006 (UTC)

Steven, please consult the guidelines at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest. I'm not opposed to this article, but to avoid being nominated for AfD, the article's content needs to be more encyclopedic and less biographic and trivial. -- Robocoder (t|c) 14:56, 11 October 2006 (UTC)

I've now read it. I don't see a major problem. I agree the page is rough but I'm trying to be encyclopedic to the extent I know or can find reference to his work. What is AfD?--Smkolins 19:50, 11 October 2006 (UTC)
That better?--Smkolins 01:56, 12 October 2006 (UTC)
AfD is Articles for Deletion. It's better than the last edit I looked at, but it still needs work. Request a Peer Review for more feedback. Cheers. -- Robocoder (t|c) 13:02, 12 October 2006 (UTC)

I finished filling in the pictures and a few smaller references and fixed a few entries back and forth. Please amend and improve as is the mantra of wkipedia!Smkolins 05:14, 14 October 2006 (UTC)
