Surely it is Milo? I don't agree that Aiolia is nearly as fast. Look at how the two handle Seiya in their respective encounters in the Sanctuary arc.

All Gold Saints can move at the speed of light. However, almost all of them move at normal speed. Milo and Deathmask are the ones who move fast. While Aiolia only launches fast attacks.
