Scottsdale Christian Academy is a state-approved private school located in Phoenix, Arizona. The students range in age from preschoolers through Seniors in High School. Scottsdale Christian Academy is a non-denominational Christian school (non-parochial), and is accredited by the North Central Accreditation Association as a College Preparatory. SCA is a member of the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
The school colors are red, white, and blue, and the school mascot is the Eagle. Over 95% of Scottsdale Christian Academy graduates attend college, and the graduation rate is nearly 100%.

Also called SCA and the Academy, Scottsdale Christian Academy was founded by Scottsdale Bible Church in 1968, with an enrollment of only 51 first through fourth grade students. In 1972, SCA became independent of Scottsdale Bible Church and became an Arizona non-profit organization. In 1973 the High School was added and enrollment increased to 275 students. In 1991, the school moved to its current location, a fourteen-acre campus on the southwest corner of Tatum Boulevard and Acoma Drive.

Scottsdale Christian Academy, accredited by the North Central Association and an affiliate of the Association of Christian Schools International, offers a comprehensive PS through 12 Bible-based curriculum and a high school college preparatory program. Our mission is to provide our students with not only a strong academic foundation, but also a Christ-centered world view that teaches them to glorify God daily.

Scottsdale Christian Academy currently enrolls approximately 1,150 students in Preschool through 12th grade. The breakdown is elementary- 607 students, junior high– 181 students, and high school– 360 students.

SCA is well-known for its excellence in athletics. The high school sports offered are: Baseball, Boys and Girls Golf, Boys and Girls Basketball, Softball, Cheer, Boys and Girls Soccer, Boys and Girls Cross Country, Boys and Girls Tennis, Boys and Girls Track & Field, Football, Girls Swim, Boys Swim and Girl's Volleyball. Scottsdale Christian High School has a class 2A ranking, according to Arizona high school size standards. This ranking is applied in order that schools of similar enrollment numbers will compete mainly against each other.

Scottsdale Christian Academy students are required to wear uniforms made by Dennis Uniforms. The uniform policy is quite strict, and is similar to that of Xavier College Preparatory.
