Scott Wallace (played by Tony Kearney) is a fictional character in the BBC Scotland soap, River City.
Scott is originally from the Western Isles and is Ruth, and formerly Jo's, flatmate. He is currently involved in a on-off relationship with DCI Eddie Hunter.

Scott Wallace is also the name of a character in the Norwegian soap opera "Hotel Cæsar", a mischievous, sly trickster. Descending from Scotland, the character name obviously hails from River City.
