Scott Gerald Sanders (born March 25, 1969 in Hannibal, Missouri) was a Major League Baseball right-handed pitcher who played from 1993-99. In his career, Sanders played for the San Diego Padres (1993-96, 1998), Seattle Mariners (1997), Detroit Tigers (1997-98), and Chicago Cubs (1999). Sanders also started one game for the Cleveland Indians in 2000, but performed badly. After a few innings, rain caused the game to be cancelled, and all stats from the game were wiped out. Immediately after, Sanders was released.

In his career, Sanders compiled a 34-45 record with 632 strikeouts and a 4.29 ERA.
