Scott Rumana (born July 18, 1964) is a politician from Wayne, New Jersey.

Rumana, a Republican, is currently serving as Mayor of Wayne.

In 1996 Rumana, then a Wayne councilman, was appointed to the Passaic County Board of Chosen Freeholders to replace Richard DuHaime, who resigned to devote time to his campaign for the United States Senate (which he did not win the nomination for). He would run for re-election in 1997, winning despite two Democrats being elected along with him and the Republicans losing their majority as a result, and again in 2000, when Sonia Rosado won his seat on the board.

The next year, Rumana defeated Chris McIntyre in the general election to become mayor of his hometown. He would win a second term in 2005.

In 2006, Rumana was elected Passaic County Republican Chairman. He defeated former U.S. Marshal Eugene Liss, who was backed by the old GOP regime led by former County Chairmen Peter Murphy and Mike Mecca.
