Scott Nein

Scott R. Nein of Middletown, Ohio, is an American politician of the Republican party, who served as a member of the Ohio Senate for two terms, ending in January 2005. In 2004, he was prevented by Ohio's term limits law from running for a third consecutive term in the Senate. Fellow Republican Gary Cates, a member of the Ohio House of Representatives, was elected to succeed Nein.
