Scott McClain

Scott Michael McClain (born May 19, 1974 in Simi Valley, California) is a third baseman who plays Minor League Baseball for the Sacramento River Cats.
Most of his professional career has been in the minor leagues; he played 9 games in 1998 for the Tampa Bay Devil Rays and 13 games in 2005 for the Chicago Cubs. He had played in the Pacific League in Japan, with the Seibu Lions (playing there from 2001-2004). In 2006, McClain won the Pacific Coast League Most Valuable Player award. He was the fourth River Cat since 2000 to win the award.
