Scott Kooistra (born October 14, 1980 in Cary, North Carolina) is an American football player who currently plays tackle for the Cincinnati Bengals. He started every game as a tackle as a junior and a senior at North Carolina State University. As a senior in 2002, Kooistra was starting tackle for team that posted 11-3 record, capped by a win in the Gator Bowl. He was drafted in the 2003 NFL Draft by the Bengals in seventh round (215th overall).

In his three year career, Koostra has played in 39 games and started 1. He played 8 games in 2003, 16 in 2004, and 15 in 2005. His one start came against the Kansas City Chiefs in Kansas City in 2005. The Bengals lost that game.
On January 30th 2007, Kooistra was tendered a 3 year deal with the Bengals keeping him in Cincinnati through the 2009 season. As of January 31st, terms of the deal have yet to be released.
