Scott Hughes (born June 30, 1988, in Adelaide, South Australia) is an Australian football (soccer) offensive midfielder/striker who currently plays for South Australian Super League side Para Hills Knights FC. He received a sports scholarship with the South Australian Institute of Sport (SASI) in 2003 where he remained until he signed a professional contract with Para Hills Knights FC in 2005.

In 2004 Hughes was a member of the Australian Under-17 squad. He earned his first, and only cap to date, for the national side against Japan's Under-17 team in a friendly match held at the Australian Institute of Sport (AIS) in Canberra.

Hughes will remain with Para Hills Knights FC for the 2007 season.
