Scott Frankel

Scott Frankel is an American composer and musical director.

Born May 6, 1963, Scott David Frankel is a 1985 graduate of Yale University where he met playwright Doug Wright. According to one internet source, he was also inducted into the secret Skull and Bones society at Yale in 1985.

After establishing himself as a musical director, working on notable Broadway shows(i.e. Into the Woods and Falsettos) Frankel has established himself as a musical theatre composer, notably through collaborations with lyricist/librettist Michael Korie.

He currently resides in New York City.
