Scott Brophy (born July 8, 1985, in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada) is a former Canadian minor ice hockey player who currently plays for the the Saint Mary's Huskies at Saint Mary's University in Halifax while completing a commerce degree.

Scott was drafted into the QMJHL by the Gatineau Olympiques in 2002. He played in 112 games for the Olympiques, scoring 8 goals and 31 points.

After being selected 1st overall by the St. John's Fog Devils in the 2005 QMJHL Expansion Draft, Scott finally emerged as a scorer and instantly became a fan favourite. He put up 23 goals and 56 points in 64 games and captained the Devils to their first playoff appearance in franchise history.
