[edit] Powerful test management system

A particularly advanced system is that designed to manage tests in order to verify the assimilation of knowledge or for supplemental drilling and consolidation. The system offers 13 different kinds of exercise drills:

  • multiple choice
  • multiple multiple choice
  • double multiple choice
  • true/false
  • simple selectanddrop
  • table selectanddrop
  • open completion
  • closed completion
  • comprehension
  • dictation
  • reordering
  • listen and say
  • dialogue practice

These tests can provide feedback with each answer. They can be timed. The sequence of the exercise drills and the position of the different options within the same drill can be generated randomly.

A detailed tracking of user activity is available. This tracking can even evaluate the percentage of correct responses to a single exercise drill.

The data collected are made available to the user in the form of a report or personal log, in such a way that each individual may independently verify his/her own results and progress.

The same data is used for the production of reports for the system or training manager. It is also possible to export the reports in Microsoft Excel format.

[edit] User Management

The system administrator has access to the user management environment where, in addition to memorizing the personal and professional data of every system user. It is also possible to assign the courses available to users or groups of user, and therefore to define specific learning paths, or to manage news for user or groups of users. sds
