The SCM group is one of the world's largest[1] manufacturers of industrial and artisanal woodworking machines with revenues of over 500 million Euros. The company is based in Rimini, Italy
SCM produces, among others, Combination machines, panel saws, table saws, CNC wood routers, etc. It was a pioneer in the development of CNC wood routers [2] It is also an important manufacturer of CAD/CAM machinery for the woodworking and furniture industry. Its manufacturing subsidiaries and brands include SCM, MiniMax, Routech, DMC, Gabbiani, Mahros, Morbidelli, IDM, Stefani, CMS, Superfici, Valtorta. SCM also has subsidiaries in a number of different countries across Europe and North America.
