[edit] Science Park High School (Newark, New Jersey) and deletion
It looks like there is little chance that this article will be deleted; if the school authorities are putting pressure on you to get it deleted, then the best you can tell them is that the matter is now beyond your control; and the only reasonable solution is for someone to edit the article to remove any mis-information. Removing text en masse will be resisted by other wikipedians. No amount of shouting by the school authorities will change the situation and they're going to have to adapt the the fact that wikipedia now has an article on the school. For what it is worth, if the school authorities have a problem with a page on the school having been added to wikipedia, then that is (with due respect) their problem. Anyone can start and article about anything on wikipedia. Articles that conform to wikipedia policy will be retained and others weeded out. The "owner" of the thing that is the subject of the article has no right of veto whatsoever. Clearly it is fine for the school to be upset if the article misrepresents the school, but their only option is to edit the article to correct the misrepresentation. --Tagishsimon (talk)
