[edit] Greg Johnson

I was under the impression that the list goes from the least recent team to the most recent team. There doesn't seem to be any concrete policy for how teams should be listed on the talk page you provided. --Sparkhurst 21:30, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

Yeah, I just looked at that. Sorry, I thought it was decided. I guess either way is fine. Maybe I'll bring it up again and everyone can decide on a format for continuity. Sorry to go reverting your edits before its decided! --Schmackity 12:28, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Coaches Table

Okay, here are your answers.

  1. When it comes to calculating winning percentage with overtime losses, count them like ties - half a win in the standings.
  2. Your spacing on the table is normal. If you don't have a set defined length for each column, it will automatically fit to the longest entry in that column. In the case of the Games Coached column, this means that column are as long as the "Games Coached" header, since it's the longest entry in that column. In short, that kind of extra spacing is normal.

And thank you for the complement on the Bruins table. You did a pretty good job yourself with the Wings' coaches table. –NeoChaosX (talk | contribs) 19:15, 15 August 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Re: GTA:SA picture tag

Thanks for the clarification. My thought is centered on focusing on the subject of utmost importance first before others. However, if the standard format requires that the image caption reads as such, I can comply. I'll reword the caption in part to your initial edit and we'll see if other reader have any problems with this revision. ╫ 25 ◀RingADing▶ 15:33, 6 September 2006 (UTC) ╫

Hello. Please don't forget to provide an edit summary. Thanks, and happy editing.

Specifically on the Red Wings page where you often revert. They're good reverts, but you have to let the user know why or else it's just going to come right back. Thanks! scsgoal31 00:50, 12 September 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Detroit Red Wings Training Staff

Hello Schmackity,

I'm Currently trying to concentrate on Biographies of NHL Training Staff. I Came across a name that I can't find any information on. Since you are a Red Wings fan maybe you could help me out.

W. Humeniuk was the Assistant Trainer to Carl Mattson in the early 1950s and He won the Stanley Cup with them in 1950 Before He was Replaced by Ross "Lefty" Wilson.

If you know anything about this man (Particularly What his First Name was) or where I would go about fnding information on Him Could you please Help Me.

Thanks,

[edit] Walter Humeniuk

Hey,

Thanks that helped a lot. The page for Walter Humeniuk is started check it out and tell me what you think ?

My Next Project's are Carl Mattson and Walter Crossman both of whom were Red Wings trainers. If you know anything about either of those men it would be a big help.

Thanks,

[edit] Nancy Beard / Bill Tibbs

Hey Schmackity,

I'm once again trying to deal with obscure Stanley Cup winners again. I would like to create a page on Nancy Beard who had something to do with the 2002 Detroit Red Wings championship. She is no longer with the team so there is nothing on the official website about her. Do you happen to know anything about her or where I could go to find information on people like this.

There is also the issue of Bill Tibbs whose Name appears on the 1952 Stanley Cup [1] but He is not listed as a player on any of the offical Detroit rosters of that time do you know who He is and whether He played any other role with the team (i.e. Trainer) and if any information exists on this man where would it be located ? Thanks, Michael Drew 04:15, 15 December 2006 (UTC)

[edit] 2002 Stanley Cup Engravings

Hey Schmackity,

I was wondering, Do You know whether or not the Red Wings Black Aces like Sean Avery, Maxim Kuznetsov, Ladislav Kohn, Jesse Wallin, and Uwe Krupp got their names engraved on the Stanley Cup in 2002 ?

Thanks, Michael Drew 01:40, 6 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Walter Crossman

Hello Schmackity,

Thanks for the information about my previous questions. You seem to be better at finding these things than me. My next question revolves around Walter Crossman who was with the team during the 1950s and was still with the team during their Stanley Cup Championship seasons in 1997 and 1998.

Any Information you can give me would be great.

Thanks, Michael Drew 04:36, 10 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Jacques Martin

Hey Schmackity,

Another question on Stanley Cup related matters. Did Jacques Martin win the Stanley Cup with the Colorado Avalanche in 1996 before going to the Ottawa Senators. I've been trying to find out but am getting nowhere.

Thanks, Michael Drew 20:13, 25 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit] H. MacIntyre and R.J. Galloway

Hello Schmackity,

This question is not for a Detroit Red Wings Related Article but for a Toronto Maple Leafs one. It relates to the 1947-48 Toronto Maple Leafs Stanley Cup Team. On the 1948 Stanley Cup Plaque [2] H. MacIntyre and R.J. Galloway are named as "Team Doctors". I've been trying to find information on them however I can't seem to find even what their first names were. Do you think you could help me on this one.
