The School of Liberal Arts is a private academic institution located in Toronto. It was founded in 1989 by G. Michael MacConnell and David L. Ferguson. It is a private academic institution located in Toronto

Since the schools establishment, it has focused many of its efforts on the liberal arts style of teaching. This is employed by a very close teacher/student relationship with the latter calling their teachers by their first names, as well as the small class sizes (approx. 1:12).

The school functions on a semestered system with the offering of particular courses as opposed to a full year of education. While the full grade level of education is generally the norm, single courses are also available.

Similar to schools such as City Academy, the school offers both school year and summer school courses for enrolled students and summer students. Tuition for courses is roughly $1500, while full school year tuition is roughly $12000-$15000.

The school attracts students from all areas of Toronto including Forest Hill, Rosedale, Lawrence Park, and the Bridle Path, as well as suburbs such as Aurora and King City.
