Vancouver School Board (School District #39) is a school district based in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. A board of nine trustees manage this district.

The school board serves the city of Vancouver and the University Endowment Lands.

The district has an extensive "Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Transsexual, Intersex, Two-Spirit, and Questioning" policy and program addressing anti-harassment, anti-discrimination, curriculum and resource needs, leadership, professional development, and support for students, parents, and staff. Its anti-racism, social responsibility and literacy work are also noted in the province of British Columbia and across North America as being innovative approaches to these issues.
