Schizoglossa worthyae, is a terrestrial mollusc in the family Rhytididae, endemic to the northern half of the North Island of New Zealand.
The shell is broadly oval, and a dark olive-brown colour with distinct sculpture of irregular radial grooves.
Its length is up to 22 mm, a width of 15 mm, and a thickness of 5 mm.
Schizoglossa worthyae is classified by the New Zealand Department of Conservation as being in Serious Decline.
