If vermillion is redder then Scarlet, why do the images suggest it to be the other way around? --Markornikov 17:59, Apr 6, 2005 (UTC)

The article says Scarlet is redder tahn vermilion - this is correct. Arcturus 18:57, 6 Apr 2005 (UTC)

It seems to me that items in the "popular culture" section not relating to the color should be moved to scarlet (disambiguation). Thoughts? PKM 21:25, 29 December 2005 (UTC)

Yea, too much of that stuff is unrelated to the actual color.
