Scary Godparents is an episode of Nickelodeon's animated series, The Fairly OddParents, created by Butch Hartman. It originally aired October 10, 2002.
[edit] Synopsis
It's Halloween, and Timmy is stewed that he wasn't able to wear the incredibly scary Jack-O-Bot costumes from Crash Nebula. He instead goes as a mummy, wrapped in toilet paper, with Vicky, who always takes away his candy, and Chester and A.J. When his Halloween proves to be a bust, Timmy wishes that the costumes were "real and scary", and this also creates real Jack-O-Bots who threaten to blow up the Earth. But, Timmy just can't take the wish back, since Cosmo and Wanda lost their powers from also being in costume. Meanwhile, the Yugopotamians think that the Earth is planing to attack them when they spy on the planet and see the Halloween celebrations.

- This was the second episode to run for thirty minutes, also a holiday episode.
- And, it was the second to feature a musical number sequence.
- This episode features the cause of Timmy's class being held back in "Shelf Life" due to Chester t.p.ing Principal Waxelplax's house.
- This is the first appearance of Mark Chang since his debut in "Spaced Out".
- At the end when Cosmo and Wanda turn themselves into cats and they are talking to Timmy, Wanda appears as the green cat(Cosmo's the green colored objects). But when the scene changes and then changes back, Cosmo and Wanda are their regular colors.
- When Mark is telling Vicky "You must escape this doomed planet," his pink Yugopotamian friend appears green, but in the next shot, he's pink again.
- 50,000 Yugopotamian Miles is 2 inches. 25,000 Yugopotamian Miles is 1 inch.
